how have your priorities changed from middle to high school

My main priority in middle school was to fit in. I was really wrapped up in what everyone else was doing and what others thought of me. I was always worried about how people might perceive me if I didn't have plans. Also,  I stressed myself out trying to make so many plans with my friends that I didn't have too much time to do homework or worry about my grades.
In high school, that has pretty much all changed. I now don;t really care about what other people think about me or what things some people say behind my back. I believe that quality is way more important than quantity when it comes to friends. Also, I always think that school should be my first priority, so I always make sure I have enough time for school work first.

  1. I have also changed my priorities since middle school. I used to communicate with a lot of people, but that has changed because school is my main priority.

  2. I completely agree with what you are saying about the transition from caring about fitting in to focusing on more important things like school work. This writing is very relatable.
